Surgery Center Testimonials
The nurses at the Surgical Suite were great! Friendly,
funny and professional. The two follow-up calls I received after surgery
were unexpected but a great touch. Thanks.
Dave – Herndon
The staff was outstanding!!! Excellent people skills, professional
and easy to speak with ! I was impressed! You should let them
know how much they are appreciated!
John – Sterling
Overall our experience with Dr. McMahon and the staff at Commonwealth
Orthpaedics has been excellent. From our first visit when we discussed
my husband’s injuries, the visit where we discussed the MRI results
and the surgery procedures to the surgery itself. All the staff care
about my husband as an individual and not as another orthopedic injury, they
took their time to answer questions and be supportive throughout the whole
procedure. Definitely we will always appreciate all your support and
Gisela – Bristow
I have had multiple surgeries over the years and I have to say that
this procedure was the best! Everyone was so nice and accommodating,
friendly and really caring! Thank you so much for such a positive experience.
Connie – Gainesville
All staff was kind, informative, and paid attention to my daughter. This
was her second surgery at the facility and she wasn’t afraid to go
back since she had such a positive experience the first time.
Danielle – Chantilly
I can honestly say that this is the finest medical facility that
I have ever had the opportunity to have to visit. I was treated with
the utmost courtesy and respect. Everything that was done was done
is a professional manner by a staff that was friendly, outgoing, cooperative,
and pleasant. Those that are working in this facility should be proud
of their association with it, for it is indeed an outstanding organization.
Robert – Annandale
I cannot tell you how wonderful everyone was! Perhaps you all
should have a side job of teaching others your “bedside manner”! I
could not imagine any aspect of the entire experience could be improved. Everyone
was professional, caring, upbeat, took the time to explain and listen to
I had arthroscopic knee surgery at the Fairfax Surgical Suite and
experienced a quality of health care that I can only describe as remarkable. I
have not experienced anything so warm and caring from the medical community
since I was a child in the 1960s. Even though the outward appearance
of the surgical center is similar to any emergency room, it is the staff
that made the difference that day. Unlike the cold, impersonal and
antiseptic attitude that haunts the typical hospital, your staff was engaging
and extremely attentive to my needs. Thanks for a truly uncommon medical

In response to your feedback questionnaire, I would like to say that
I have rarely interacted with an organization that was able to maintain such
a high degree of efficiency and professionalism while exhibiting a personal
and caring attitude to the individual. I was never made to wait or
feel hurried, all my questions were answered (most before they were asked)
and everyone I met made me feel like they cared about me, personally. My
thanks and appreciation to all involved.
