Dr. Hazel is my orthopedic surgeon. I have used him for over 20 years. My family has also used him for surgeries and treatments. He is very knowledgeable and a nice guy. I would use him in a second.

My wife had a problem that wasn't getting adequate attention. She was told that Dr. Hazel was out of town at a concert when in fact he wasn't. He overheard or found out somehow. As soon as he found out he called her and told her he would meet her at the hospital right away.
