  New Lansdowne Medical Office and
Physical Therapy Clinic Now Open

Commonwealth Orthopaedics opened its newest location in Lansdowne in January to bring additional orthopaedic services to the rapidly growing Loudoun County region. The office is located directly across the street from Inova Loudoun Hospital at 19450 Deerfield Ave., Ste. 400, Leesburg, VA 20176. William C. Lennen, MD and Matthew J. Levine, MD will be providing comprehensive orthopaedic services. The 10,000 square foot office space also includes a Physical Therapy Clinic.

Dr. Lennen is fellowship trained from Johns Hopkins University in Total Joint and Adult Reconstruction. Dr. Levine will be joining the practice in February and has completed his fellowship in sports medicine from Duke University. To schedule an appointment at the new Lansdowne office call 703-810-5207.   Pain Management Program at Commonwealth Orthopaedics  
 
Dr. Brett Robinson

In 2006, Dr. Brett Robinson, a board-certified anesthesiologist with extensive training in the area of pain management, started a referral-based procedural Pain Management Program at Commonwealth Orthopaedics. Dr. Robinson is experienced in treating neuropathies, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, and chronic and acute back pain. The procedures most commonly used in the Program are:

  • Epidural steroid injections (cervical and lumbar)
  • Medial branch blocks
  • Facet blocks
  • Lumbar sympathetic blocks (for treating Complex Regional Pain Syndrome)
