Commonwealth Orthopaedics, established in 1994, is an orthopaedic surgery group practice with 33 orthopaedic physicians, 4 anesthesiologists, 1 physiatrist and eleven (11) office locations across Northern Virginia, including six (6) physical therapy centers and two (2) Outpatient Surgery Centers.
